The Trifecta

Our first meal in Xi'an was at Den Fa Chang, home of the "Dumpling Feast" (or so claimed our tourist map). And we certainly feasted on dumplings, completing what I like to think of as the Trifecta of Dumplings -- Boiled, fried and steamed.

Ben and I left feeling like all of the dough had settled to the bottom of our stomachs. But our dumpling crave was finally satiated (temporarily).
